All services are provided by a qualified holistic healer and conducted in accordance with the highest standards of professional conduct. The holistic healer will assess the client's medical history and current health status to ensure that the services are safe and appropriate.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their medical history and current health status. They must also disclose any medications, supplements, or other treatments they are receiving that may affect the effectiveness of the holistic healing services.

    Informed consent

Clients will be required to sign an informed consent form prior to receiving any holistic healing services. The form will explain the risks, benefits, and alternatives to the services and will provide the client with an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns.

 

Confidentiality

Payment and cancellation policy 

Clients are required to pay for the services in full before or at the time of the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full fee. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will not apply for any refund.

   

Complaints and disputes

Any complaints or disputes regarding the services provided by Ana Kiestrzyn Holistic Healer Business should be addressed in writing to the business owner within 30 days of the service in question. The business owner will make every effort to address the complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner.

   

Liability

Governing law
