We are an Integration of Body – Mind – Soul. You might choose to honor your mind and its rational capabilities, neglecting the rest. Or you may concentrate solely on the physical body's strength, consuming only the necessary proteins. You could also dismiss material concerns by following eccentric mentors who tell you how to live because you are spiritual. Every aspect of you that you suppress will resurface powerfully when least expected. After all, everything strives for Harmony. That's why, having lived here for millennia, you will eventually understand that you are an Integration of Body – Mind – Soul.
Today, let's concentrate on connecting with our own Soul. Some people doubt its existence, others believe it is perfect, and some cleanse it until their crown chakra is activated. Our perceptions of our energetic selves often originate from past life experiences. Perhaps we were magicians or witches who used power for harm, practicing black magic. Today, some fear engaging with any spiritual topics, subconsciously feeling guilty. Or perhaps you adhered to a spiritual ideology that imposed strict dogmas upon you. If you haven't recognized their harm, you might still be a religious zealot. Or you might follow the dogmas of another system due to disappointment with the previous one. Either way, you're still limiting yourself with sacred prescriptions. And the Soul loves freedom.
Connecting with the energetic aspect of yourself called the Soul is as crucial as listening to your thoughts or assessing your body's health. Without the Soul, you simply don't live. That is death. It's not just the cessation of physiological functions; it's the Soul's departure from the body. When the physical form lacks energy, it stops functioning. Drips or oxygen won't help. The Soul has left the body, and that's it. It's like unplugging a device; everything stops working. So why do you undervalue its role? Why are you afraid to feel it?
Our connection with it will be through feeling. It's not about our six senses here. We focus on the 7th sense, or rather clairsentience. You have the capability to feel without the logical mind's involvement. It's an aura like a boundary of your Soul scanning vibrations from the environment. That's why, in some places or with certain people, you feel good; in others, you feel pressure, and sometimes you want to leave. It is very useful in life. It identifies toxic people and places. So appreciate your clairsentience.
You can also sense yourself through feelings originating from the physical body. Your body is immersed in the Soul's energy. Diseases happen when the flow is disrupted, but you may also feel cold or weak. Conversely, during healing sessions or other spiritual practices, you might feel a pleasant, warm energy flowing through your body. You cleanse yourself of toxic elements in the aura and nourish yourself with high vibration.
There are various practices or tools to clear the flow of energy and thus have better clairsentience of yourself and your surroundings, from yoga, Qigong, meditation, and massage to firewalking or breathwork. For me, the quickest way to feel the energy flow is through spontaneous, deep breaths. Some might say it's just oxygenation. Yes, conscious breathing has many positive side effects; the greatest is building and strengthening the connection with your Soul. Yogis, who have practiced pranayama for thousands of years, know this well. So take a moment to take a few deep breaths to feel the pleasant energy flow within you.
