We are a Unity of Body – Mind – Soul. You can choose to respect your mind and its logical powers, forgetting about the rest. Or solely focus on the physical body's strength, consuming only appropriate amounts of protein. You can also disdain material matters by listening to crazy gurus who dictate how you should live because you are spiritual. Every part of you you suppress will resurface very strongly at the least expected moment. After all, everything aims for Harmony. That's why, living here for thousands of years, you will eventually come to the conclusion that you are a Unity of Body – Mind – Soul.
Today, let's focus on contacting our own Soul. Some don't believe in its existence, others think it's perfect, and others cleanse it until their crown chakra jumps. Our views of our energetic selves often stem from experiences from past lives. Maybe we were magicians or witches who used power to harm others, practicing black magic. Today, some fear touching any spiritual topics, subconsciously feeling guilty about it. Or perhaps you served some spiritual ideology that imposed dogmas of faith upon you. Today, if you haven't understood their harmfulness, you might still be a religious fanatic. Or you might worship the dogmas of another system because you were disappointed in the former. Either way, you're still restricting yourself with holy prescriptions. And the Soul loves freedom.
Contact with the energetic part of you called the Soul is as important as listening to your thoughts or examining the health of your body. Without the Soul, you simply don't live. That's death. It's not just the cessation of physiological organ functions; it's the soul's departure from the body. When the physicality lacks energy, it stops working. Drips or oxygen are of no use here. The Soul has left the body, and that's it. It's like pulling the plug out of the socket, and everything stops working. So why do you underestimate its role? Why are you afraid to feel it?
Our contact with it will be through feeling. It's not about our six senses here. We focus on the 7th sense or rather clairsentience. You have the ability to feel without the involvement of the logical mind. It's an aura like a border of your Soul scanning vibrations from the surroundings. That's why, in some places or with some people, you feel good; in others, you feel something pressing on you, and sometimes you want to escape. It is very helpful in life. It verifies toxic people and places. So thank your clairsentience.
You can also feel yourself through sensations coming from the physical body. Your body is immersed in the energy of the Soul. Diseases occur when the flow is disturbed, but you may also feel cold or weak. Conversely, during healing treatments or other spiritual practices, you may feel a pleasant, warm energy flow in the body. You cleanse yourself from toxic elements in the aura and fuel yourself with high vibration.

There are many practices or tools to clear the flow of energy and thus have better clairsentience of yourself and your surroundings, from yoga, Qigong, meditation, and massage to firewalking or breathwork. For me, you'll feel the energy flow quickest through spontaneous, deeper breaths. Someone might say it's just oxygenation. Yes, conscious breathing has many positive side effects; the greatest is building and strengthening the connection with your Soul. Yogis, who have been practicing pranayama for thousands of years, know this well. So take a moment to take a few deep breaths to feel the pleasant energy flow within you.
Meditation is one of the best tools for contact with our Soul. Here, in an Egyptian cave in the desert.
It is precisely building the connection with your Soul. Let it become your friend in life.
